Public Offer Agreement

   This Public offer agreement, hereinafter referred to as Agreement, governs the rules and order of provision of services by “IBSA” LLC which can be asked for online at www.taxi-in-moscow.com.
This Agreement is accepted as a web based document and does not need to be signed.
Client's Booking of a Service using the Booking Module on the official website of the Company “IBSA” LLC means the automatic acceptance by the Client of all the clauses of this Agreement.
This Agreement shall commence at the moment a successful payment for a Service is performed by the Client with their plastic card and continue for a period until the Service begins being provided.

 

1. Terms and Definitions

Booking Module – the interface created in the web which is used by Client to book a Service online at www.taxi-in-moscow.com
Client - physical or legal person who uses Services provided by “IBSA” LLC in accordance with this Agreement.
Company – a legal entity, referred to as “IBSA” LLC, which provides services in accordance with this Agreement.

Service – organization of the delivery of a car for transferring the Client or the Client's Representative from an address given by the Client to another address given by the Client.
        Booking - information transferred by the Client to the Company through the Booking Module.
        The Client's representative - a third party for whom the Client acts.

 

2.General clauses

   

2.1. The Company’s service is the delivery of a car for transferring the Client or the Client’s representative from an address given by the Client to another address given by the Client.

   

2.2. The Company shall organize the delivery of a car and advise the Client or the Client’s representative about the delivery through a text message by the telephone number given by the Client in the Booking (if the starting point of the ride is an address) or provide a taxi which will wait for the Client or the Client’s representative at an airport (if the starting point of the ride is an airport).

   

2.3. The Company shall organize the waiting for the Client or the Client’s representative at an airport within 120 minutes of the landing of the flight informed of by the Client in the Booking (if the starting point of the ride is an airport). A taxi will wait for the Client within 20 minutes of sending the Client a text message advising the Client of the license plate of the car waiting (if the starting point of the ride is an address).

   

2.4. The Booking shall be considered to have been dealt with by the Company and the Service provided by the Company in case the Client or the Client’s representative does not make use of the service within 120 minutes of the landing of the flight informed of by the Client in the Booking (if the starting point of the ride is an airport) or within 20 minutes of sending the Client a text message advising the Client of the license plate of the car waiting (if the starting point of the ride is an address).

   

3. Relationship of the Parties

   

3.1. Through the Booking Module, the Client shall provide information of the Client’s plastic card, necessary for the Booking (the card’s number, its expiry date and card holder’s name) to the Company free-will.

   

3.2. The Client shall give information only about the Client’s credit card and shall not give the Company other people’s credit card information.

   

3.3. Payment by the credit card will be executed at any moment after a Booking is made at the Company’s Booking Module.

   

3.4. Payments will be made by the credit card provided by the Client in the Booking in rubles, and at the price mentioned in the Booking or in the Company’s e-letter.

   

3.5. The cancellation of a booking shall be effectuated through the Client’s e-letter to the Company’s e-mail address (taxi@taxi-in-moscow.com). A cancellation shall include a request for cancellation, the date of the Booking, the time of the Booking, and the name of the person for whom the Booking was made.

   

3.6. The Company shall effectuate a 100% refund of the payment made for a Service if the information about cancelling the Booking for the service is received to the Company’s e-mail address (taxi@taxi-in-moscow.com) within 24 hours of the time for the Service given by the Client in the Booking.

   

3.7. The Company shall effectuate a 50% refund of the payment made for a service if the information about cancelling the Booking for the Service is received to the Company’s e-mail address (taxi@taxi-in-moscow.com) within less than 24 hours, but more than 3 hours of the time for the Service given by the Client in the Booking.

   

3.8. The Company will not effectuate any refund of the payment made for a Service if the information about cancelling the Booking for the Service is received to the Company’s e-mail address (taxi@taxi-in-moscow.com) within less than 3 hours of the time for the Service given by the Client in the Booking or if the Client could not inform the Company of the cancelling, sending an e-letter to the Company’s e-mail address (taxi@taxi-in-moscow.com).

   

3.9. The Client shall not disseminate, in any mass media (the Internet, forums, blogs, newspapers, radio, television (including but not limited to the present list of media channels)) any information about the Company, without the prior approval of the information’s contents by the Company’s official representative.

   

3.10. Agreement herein is subject to full or partial modification. The Company shall notify the Client of modifications through available electronic communication means within no less than 3 days before modifications are introduced in the Agreement.

   

3.11. The Company shall not be held responsible for any damage or loss, suffered by the Client as a result of the Client’s use of the service provided by the Company and shall not be indemnified for moral damage or missed profit, until otherwise stipulated in this Agreement.

   

3.12. The main channel for the Company’s communication with the Client shall be e-mail.
